1. According to the construction process, select the appropriate grinding plate and install it.
2. Step on the extended pry bar with your left or right foot, and one person can easily pry the 270Kg floor grinder, and gently level the floor grinder;
3. Adjust the operating handle to a proper position;
4. Add a proper amount of clean water into the water tank. If dry grinding is selected, no water discharge is required. Install the dust suction device and protective cover;
5. Check that the machine switch must be in the "off" position, connect the power cord correctly, insert the plug into the body socket, and the red indicator light will be on or the inverter display panel will be on after the power is connected;
6. Turn on the water switch, put some water in proper amount, and start the floor grinder after about 5 seconds (forward / reverse switch, pay attention to that when starting, the speed control knob switch should not be less than 900 revolutions, which can be adjusted at will after starting), and then polish it as a whole (up, down, left and right), so as to ensure the overall flatness, avoid refraction, and check while polishing until leveling;
7. When wet grinding, use a water absorption machine to dry the sewage. When dry grinding, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the ground. Check the flatness of the floor;
8. Replace the ground grinding plate, and polish it as a whole (up and down, left and right). Press the edge of each grinding and the previous grinding for about 20cm, and do not skip the grinding plate number;
